I always have great luck with the professional tech support team at LiftMaster, I have yet to not be able to resolve an issue and personally I like lift LiftMaster products and the ease of installation with their units

Representative was supposed to send direction as how to install but never did.

I had to call back a 3rd time to get someone to really work with me.

No end user technical support after investing $800 in their device. They seem to make you call installer/ dealer for service call to remedy simple power interruption which caused failure to operate

Make a better product and let customers know all the negative issues with their products. Their remotes come UN programmed if not used every month, the units vibrate from their box can hear through the house.

Very loudly can hear through the house. and service TEC said can't fix as units have been made poorly.

Open door this morning

When closed it at end of day when closing it went down and back up tech advised me door isnt balanced. Need to call repair man

I cant believe I bought a lift master new motor for comercial use 6-8 months ago and today Sunday April 27 I called for help and a mechanical answering machine took me off because apparently Lift Master DO NOT offer technical support during weekends. Very disappointed

I inadvertently erased the code and the tech on the phone walked me through reprogramming and now things work perfectly

I was helped to program the keypad to the garage door opener couldnt do it. They showed me how very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable.

I have a drawer full of remotes. Some worked when I had to clear out an opener that was lost; however, they would not reprogram.

Others quit working after I changed the battery and would also not reprogram. I had a new one that just wouldn't program at all.

Considering how much these remotes and the opener cost, I can't believe the extent of problems with the remotes' programming. It is a very common issue that needs addressing.

I had trouble connecting my keypad to the garage door opener. Your tech helped me was polite and knowledgeable and solved my problem.

I will continue to buy LiftMaster products because your back up in your tech help is outstanding.

It would be nice to have someone that spoke unbroken English and is loud and clear it was terrible. The connection was bad.

It kept breaking up and he wouldnt speak up.

He said he would call me back. Im waiting for the call back right now.

Do not buy a LiftMaster garage door opener! It is very poorly made.

I have been in my brand new house for less than 4 years and have spent almost $1000 trying to get the unit fixed. I have had a technician come to my house 4 times, had 2 motherboards and one wall unit replaced. I have spent several hours on the phone with customer support, including today where the technician hung up on me twice.

Finally, the last technician said that he couldn't help me. I will never buy a home with a LiftMaster ever again.

Just saying that after 7 years of great

service, the battery needs replacing.
